Stephen A Whittington, Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Mr. Whittington brings a wealth of business experience, both domestically and abroad, where he has enjoyed considerable success building successful corporate franchises. He was the Founding President of one of the largest International MLM nutritional companies, and has also held senior executive positions with Uniroyal, Inc, Continental Gummi-Werke AG and Oakbridge Capital Partners, LLC., a California-based private equity firm. He has served on the Board of Directors for public corporations in the United States, Europe, Australia and the Far East.

While residing in the Far East, he was recognized in the publication Who’s Who in Hong Kong, an annual publication that identifies leading business executives and their contributions to the region. Also served as a member of the United States Trade Mission to Japan, representing the automotive industry.

David Hooker, President Synterra Health, Canada
David brings a wealth of experience to the Synterra Health team. His career in Network Marketing began more than 30 years ago whilst living in the United Kingdom where he became the #1 distributor for a nutritional food preparation company. After many years as a distributor he was eventually lured into the corporate world, working with many of the industries giants, and has developed a reputation second to none with regards to the development of international expansion programs as well as leading many of today’s MLM millionaires to the success that they now enjoy. As an author, TV host, and internationally renowned public speaker he has traveled the world to 33 countries sharing his wisdom, ideas and insight into true entrepreneurism and it is through these skills that he will help take Synterra Health to becoming the leader and pioneer of a new breed of MLM millionaire.

Jeffrey J. Ross, CPA, MBA
Jeffrey obtained his B.A. in Economics from UCLA in 1972 and his MBA in 1973 from the USC Graduate School of Business. He immediately began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) and received his California CPA license in 1975, which he has maintained for 34 years. During his years at KPMG he was a member of a unique department that specialized in all phases of public accounting (audit, tax, consulting & business management).

After leaving public accounting Jeffrey worked in private industry as a controller, corporate controller and eventually chief financial officer for various companies in the publishing, mortgage banking industries and food production industries. Eventually he founded a public accounting firm in Newport Beach, California, and eventually departed that firm to go into private practice, specializing in income taxation for high-end individuals and their companies.

While Jeffrey maintained his private income tax practice he also founded a business management firm which to this day handles business management, budgeting and day to day business matters for individuals, companies and emerging projects.

During his career he has been an instructor at the community college level and holds a California lifetime college instructor certificate. He currently is a faculty member with the University of Phoenix teaching accounting, taxation and business management courses.

Stephen Perry, Chief Technical and Science Officer, Co-Founder
Dr. Perry is a highly accomplished research and development scientist who has been in the dietary supplement, functional beverage and cosmetic manufacturing business for over 20 years. Stephen founded ConSeal International, one of the leading contract manufacturers of nutritional supplement products in the United States whose facilities exceed current and proposed FDA GMP.

Stephen has formulated and manufactured products whose retail sales are in the many billions for companies such as Revlon, Smith-Kline, Rexall, Mannatech, EAS, Twin Labs, Upjohn, Estee Lauder and NV Perricone.
