Since the inception of Network Marketing way back in the early 1930’s companies have been constantly trying to develop THE compensation plan, with the highest payout, for the lowest effort promising that by doing very little you will get paid a lot.

Synterra Health also has the same high ideals in place but we believe that the hardest workers should receive the highest payout.   Our compensation plan only works if YOU work, and boy does it work well.

Synterra Health’s 8 Profit Centers

Marketing Phase >>
1. First Center of Profit - 25% Retail Profit (Pay Day Every Day)
   Products purchased from the company at wholesale for retail sale to customers.
2. Second Center of Profit – Preferred Customer Guaranteed Income.
   As the enrolling IBA, you will be guaranteed a minimum 5% retail commission on monthly purchases made by your Preferred Customers. However, the Bonus Value (BV) created by your Preferred Customer product orders is assigned to you, the enrolling IBA, as Personal Bonus Value (PBV) for the purpose of determining your IBA’s rank promotions and maintenance qualifications.
3. Third Center of Profit - Enroller First Order Bonus
   Earn up to $126 Bonus on personally enrolled IBA’s first order up to $360 BV. This bonus is paid weekly, provided that you have qualified as described below, when you directly enroll a new Independent Business Associate (IBA) or Preferred Customer that places their first order up to $360 Bonus Value, this first order creates what is called Enroller First Order Volume (FOV). Plus receive up to 2 more Enroller levels of $36 each.
4. Fourth Center of Profit - MegaLevel Bonuses
   When you begin sponsoring other people into the Synterra Health Business Opportunity, you will begin building a sales Organization (Downline). The Synterra Health Compensation Plan provides level Bonuses totaling 18% of up to three (3) Qualified levels of Independent Business Associates in your downline Organization. As you achieve certain qualifications, you become eligible to advance in “rank” to Business Builder and beyond and correspondingly, enhance your income by added the Management Generation Bonus and Executive Generation Bonuses.
Management Phase >>
5. Fifth Center of Profit: - Business Builder Bonus Pool
   Reach the rank of Business Builder and receive 4% of Bonus Value on up to 4 generations of Independent Business owner sales volume. A Generation is all the product bonus value created by the IBAs, Preferred Customers and retail customers in your downline Business Builder’s organization.
6. Sixth Center of Profit - Management Phase Generation Bonuses
   1% of the company’s total Bonus Value is placed in the Business Builders Pool. Each quarter this will be shared by those Business Builders or higher rank people that meet certain qualifications.
Executive Phase >>
7. Seventh Center of Profit - YOU Generation Bonus - Unlimited Depth
   As a Director, when someone in your group becomes a Director and you meet all the qualifications to become an Executive, you will qualify for the “YOU” generation bonus and receive a 2% bonus on your own personal group sales of everyone not yet an Executive.
8. Executive Generation Bonuses
   When a Director in your downline becomes an Executive Director, that Executive Director becomes your 1st Generation and you will increase your bonus to 3% generation bonus on that ED's personal group. When your 1st Generation Executive Director has someone in their group that becomes a 1st Generation, that entire ED's organization becomes your 2nd Generation, etc through up to 4 generations of Executive or higher rank persons.
